Hi! I'm Alyssa, and since 2018, I've made hundreds of thousands of 1094/1095-B and 1094/1095-C forms for all kinds of companies, from those with 1-5 employees up to those with over 15,000 employees. 

I have a knack for helping employers with complicated insurance plans, high turnover rates, or messy books, and providing brokers with the technical knowledge to better support their clients. 

Some highlights from the last year include: reducing penalty exposure for a client from over 600 employees to fewer than 10, helping a client reduce administrative oversight of ACA implementation by 40+ hours per month, catching errors in completed 1095-C forms that could have resulted in tens of thousands of dollars, correcting the benefit parameters in a software system so the system would produce accurate 1095-C forms, and saving clients thousands of dollars and over 500+ hours of work associated with compiling, coding, reporting, and correcting 1095 forms. 

I have responded to IRS penalty letters and helped clients reduce or abate millions in ACA related penalties. I have also helped clients avoid penalties altogether with accurate and company-specific reporting and compliance planning.
